Regional Distribution Center

Christian Library International, over the last 12 years, has followed the Lord's lead. We are obedient to Him and we know He has a magnificent plan for this ministry. In 1996, we began with 100 books at a YMCA. Soon we expanded to other YMCAs and about a dozen homeless shelters. But in 2002, when we began distributing Christian books to prisons, we really felt the Lord's lead. There is a tremendous need for Christian books in the 5,000 US prisons and jails.

As we continue to follow the Lord's lead for CLI, we feel His hand leading us:

  • To continue to send Christian books and Bibles to more prisons and youth detention centers.
  • To establish CLI Affiliates in other countries to collect and distribute Christian books to prisons in their own country.
  • To partner with churches in other parts of the country, to collect and distribute Christian books to prisons.
  • To establish the CLI Mission Center - a training and retreat center for missionaries in Christ.

The CLI Regional Distribution Center

Right now, Christian Library International collects Christian books, Bibles and materials in Raleigh, NC and sends them all over the US.

We actively seek partners to set up Regional Distribution Centers in your community to send them to nearby prisons. Right now we are looking for centers in:

  • West Coast
  • Midwest
  • Mountain States
  • Texas
  • East Coast
  • Mid-Atlantic
  • Southeast
  • International Distribution Centers

If your Church, Sunday school class, Christian school, men's or women's group is interested in prison ministry, we would like to partner with you. Lives are being changed every day in the prisons through Christian books and Bibles.

You job is receiving, sorting, stamping and shipping Christian books and Bibles to prisons in your area. Typically, a group of 5-8 can process the books in 1-2 hours every week. It can be an ideal Saturday morning project.

CLI works closely with Christian publishers, authors, Christian bookstores, Christian radio and media, church libraries, and individual book donors to collect good quality, used Christian books. 

We invite you to partner with us - financially, as a book donor, as a volunteer, or in another capacity as the Lord calls you!
