Your cash support is needed to cover cash-only expenses such as shipping, employee salaries and Spanish book purchases. We praise God for providing all our needs, however as we continue to be obedient to God's plan, our activities and expenses increase.
Family Foundations - Since our beginning in 1996, Family Foundations have been financial supporters of CLI. Through their generosity, CLI has touched thousands of lives and hundreds have come to know Christ. We pray your family foundation will choose to support this ministry. CLI touches lives in prisons - people who are ready to listen to the gospel of Jesus Christ. We want to be there for them.
Private Foundations
- Several years ago, we
realized an urgent need for Spanish books and Bibles for US prisons.
Chaplain after chaplain pleaded with us for any Spanish materials. Most
chaplains do not speak Spanish and have no way to minister to the
Hispanics in their prisons. CLI approached several foundations and one
provided us with $20,000 to purchase Spanish materials. We were able to
send 100 cases of Spanish Bibles to 100 different institutions.
Since CLI continues to have programs or projects appropriate for private
foundations. We pray that your foundation will partner with us in
sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ to the lost in our prisons.
